Shipping Partners:
To ensure timely and safe delivery, we partner with reputed courier services, including Bluedart, Delhivery, DHL, Aramex, and others. These partners help us deliver your orders efficiently.
Domestic & International Shipping:

Charges: We offer FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA for all orders, whether prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD). For international orders, additional shipping fees apply based on the weight of the parcel. Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

Taxes and Duties: International orders may incur import duties, customs charges, and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's tax policies before placing an order, as we do not accept returns or cancellations for international orders once placed.

Customs Charges: If a customer does not accept or pay any customs charges for their international order, Kashmiripheran.com will not be liable for exchanges, returns, or refunds.
Order Processing Times:
- Dispatch Time: All items are handcrafted, so please allow 15-20 working days from the date of order placement for dispatch, both domestically and internationally.
- Potential Delays: During peak seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances like political unrest or public curfews, there may be an additional 10-15 day delay. We will notify you of any such delays via email or phone.
Receiving Orders:
To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, please record an unboxing video and take pictures with timestamps within 48 hours of delivery. If the parcel appears damaged, broken, or opened, do not accept the delivery. Instead, document the issue with photos and video, and email us with your order number for prompt resolution and to settle claims with the courier.
Order Process:
- Once an order is placed, it is processed and subjected to multi-level quality checks.
- Your item is securely packed and handed over to our delivery partners.
- You will receive a unique tracking number via email and SMS/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. Use this tracking number to monitor your order on the courier’s website.

Worldwide Shipping: We ship to over 220 destinations globally. Shipping eligibility for your location will be confirmed during checkout.

Prepaid & COD Orders: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. To cancel, email us at care@kashmiripheran.com or call +91-9419282080 (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM).

Payment Options: We accept major debit and credit cards, net banking, eWallets, and UPI. For domestic orders, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to ₹5000. For international orders, only prepaid options are accepted, including Mastercard, American Express, and Visa.

Credit Notes: If issued, credit notes will be sent to your registered email and must be used within 3 months on our official website. They can be applied only once.
Note: Items marked as 'Sale' are non-returnable as per our policy.
