Description
In the royal courts, Kundan was the art of setting gold so finely that every piece seemed to glow from within. Wandeh Kundan brings that heritage to winter: a pheran in soft badaami brown, the warm colour of almonds, crowned with gold.
At the neckline lies a yoke worked in gold Tilla outlined in deep maroon, like a Kundan necklace laid against the skin. Paisleys curl over the shoulders, and two teardrop paisleys rest above a single golden blossom at its heart. Fine gold-and-maroon Tilla trims the cuffs, pockets, side slits and hem, finishing the piece like a jeweller’s border.
