In the heart of Kashmir’s Wandeh, when snow hushes the Valley and the gardens sleep, flowers still bloom on the pheran. Wandeh Posh, the winter flower, carries that quiet promise of spring on a base of midnight black.
Its story is told in hand-worked Sozni, in threads of rust, coral, rose and burnished gold. A slender leaf vine traces the notched neckline and ends in a single blossoming buta, like the first bud of spring. At the cuffs, the needle opens into a delicate jaal, a lattice of tiny florets, each one stitched by hand and each one slightly different, like flowers in a winter garden.
Relaxed in cut, with side slits and two discreet pockets, Wandeh Posh is a quiet heirloom, made for long winter days and candlelit evenings alike.
